Increasingly we are starting to accept the
message: „You are not sick but thirsty!”
The feeling of thirst does not indicate whether
our water consumption is enough or not. As time
passes adults lose the ability of sensing thirst,
especially if they drank a little amount for years.
People often complain that water does not appease thirst. They wish for coke or beer though both detract water from the organism.
Nothing but the water can freshen the thirsting cells, so let’s drink also if we don’t feel like being thirsty! Thirst – if it occurs – indicates that we are malignly dried.
The solution is always the prevention.
Let’s drink water – after waking up,
in the morning, in the afternoon –
and let’s take good care that
we consume 6-8 glasses
of water per day.
But what kind of water should we drink?
